JLN will provide full ERT Services for your facility of customized partial services supporting your on site staff.  JLNs Team will provide Fire, Haz-Mat, Confined Space Rescue and First Responder medical response.

JLN Associates, LLC has experienced subject matter experts that develop site-specific fire protection and safety program manuals which includes developing operations and maintenance procedures newly installed life safety equipment.  The JLN team will work with your team to  ensure the timely start-up of new assets and the ongoing ability to operate without impairments.

JLN will work with the installing vendor and owners representatives to provide system-based commissioning, functional testing, and operating procedures for life safety, fire protection and occupational safety systems systems and help integrate the equipment operating/test procedures into existing operating procedures (should they exist) or develop stand alone documents.

JLN Associates, LLC can provide site-specific training programs to operations and maintenance teams.  The programs can include technical application specific fire and safety program modules. JLN Associates, LLC personnel are experienced in providing training on multiple power plants, Manufacturing and general Industry types of various audiences.

This includes elimination of multiple vendors required to provide equipment specific services.  The JLN team will provide specialized labor for required life safety and fire protection systems maintenance, and long-term O&M contracts. We implement a very aggressive training program consisting of site training classes, offsite original equipment manufacturer (OEM) curriculum, and on-the-job training with qualified senior personnel oversight. The JLN Team will assist clients with applicable code determination for what applies to existing configurations of fire and life safety systems, JLN will provide facility reviews which result in a code compliance analysis report,  JLN Fire Protection professionals have building inspection and fire marshal background to assist determining construction type developing code documentation and needs for code equivalency along with code variance preparation.

JLN Fire Marshal and Building Inspector Experienced team members can lead the way on your projects for Life safety/fire design code assessment egress and assist with construction Inspections, hazard review, hazard analysis; third party plan reviews and fire protection program planning.

JLN Team will provide site inspection and documentation reviews that will allow for a life safety compliance analysis and  risk assessment to be developed.  The JLN Team will provide staff to determine fire hazards  along with specific fire hazard scenario development; and loss prevention Strategies.

Occupant awareness training program development along with fire safety procedures and manual development.  JLN staff will develop evacuation plans and route mapping. JLN staff will assist on site staff with emergency preparedness planning, risk response planning along with traditional loss prevention procedure development and implementation.

JLNs Fire investigator and root cause staff can provide timely response to incidents on your facility providing Incident investigation services  equipment and root cause analysis.  Once action Items are identified the JLN Team will provide Action Plans for each Action Item.
